One thing I loved
about my mom growing up was that she never complained about her image. Of
course everyone feels insecure about their bodies or looks but she never told
me about it. I didn’t recognize or appreciate this until I was older and
realized a lot of my friends had things to complain about when it came to the
way they looked and realized that they fed off what their mom’s were saying
because they did the same thing! I know I grew up with a positive image of
myself because of this, and am grateful for the example my mom set to not worry
about those things. Leslie, you are so beautiful inside and out and I know your
kids will feed off that positive energy, just like I did with my mom! I love
you!
